Thread control is all automatic, just thread-and-sew, but within the setting with a quick touch on the cog icon allows changes to tensions for gathering if needed, this is also where you would set the twin needle width, language, safety width on/off and more. The stitch selection is printed inside the top cover and well as being available on screen to select.
